Hey bud,

This is getting kinda out of hand don't you think? Have you ever 
bothered to read the (F)requently (A)sked (Q)uestions. In particular

where it states amongst other things, and I'll quote:

"People will get frustrated with you if you use the wrong one or cross 
post."

As to your eth0 problem see Roel's post. Perhaps it might also be an 
idea to study the startup scripts, learn to use 'grep' and 'find', buy 
a book on unix system administration, discover 'man' and 'info', have a 
google for linux-howto's and generally stop trying to get others to 
solve your problems for you.
