Diff between "LFS-glibc" and "Debian-glibc"

Even still, I've not looked at debian, but used to be common to have 
glibc in 4 packages.  glibc, glibc-devel, glibc-linuxthreads, and 
glibc-linuxthreads-devel IIRC, but it's been a long time since I really 
looked hard at a distro's glibc.
