Problem logging into new LFS

That was exactly the problem. The BSD init hint uses ifconfig (as well
as my previous install of LFS). Apparently with LFS 6.0, ifconfig is
replaced with just ip. So I hunted down the loopback commands in the
boot scripts, and all is well again. Thanks for the help
