IPRoute2-2.6.16: arpd.c compiling error

I'm using the LFS 6.2 and all it had gone well, until I reached chapter
6.41 "IPRoute2-2.6.16-060323". When the make is compiling arpd.c, an
error is thrown saying that the file db_185.h doesn't exist. I looked
for it and actually it doesn't exist.
I looked for this issue in mailing-list and this seems like an old
problem fixed by patching, but I also noticed that the patch has been
remove from the current release.

Any help will be useful.
