[lfs-support] Cannot boot into LFS install

I use update-grub with debian, and I edit the grub.cfg which is  
generated. You can build your own kernel or use the debian kernel and  
initrd and set the root= as appropriate with the kernel line for your  
LFS entry.

Also, if you are going to use ubuntu's kernel and initrd. copy the  
modules and firmware to your LFS build in /lib/modules and /lib/ 
firmware.
