Official package mirror usage

As of last night, it's up to 3 mirrors in the round-robin.  I added 
mirrors.angelinacounty. (Tim's ftp mirror) to the RR-DNS last night.

once again, I'll put out the call - if there are ANY other FTP package 
mirrors who are not accounted for in RR-DNS, please let me know!
